Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each set of press-on nails is handmade to order with care. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect.

Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

All press-on nail sets are handmade acrylic and created after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take a bit longer. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and dropped off with the carrier.

At checkout, you’ll see the shipping options available and the estimated delivery timeframe based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery issues are managed by the carrier.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, check with neighbors/household members and your local post office/carrier first.

  • If your package appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us and we’ll help guide you on the next steps.

Returns Refunds  & Cancellations (Shipping-Related)

  • Because our nails are handmade to order, we typically cannot accept cancellations once production has started. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. 
  • We do not accept returns for hygienic reasons. Once you have opened and tried on the set it it considered non-returnable. We are happy to assist with any adjustments, please contact us and we will assist as best we can.
